Attorney Bruce S. Rosenwater Appointed Vice Chair

Florida Bar – Clients’ Security Fund Committee

Rosenwater & Associates announces, Bruce S. Rosenwater was recently appointed Vice Chair of the Clients’ Security Fund Committee of The Florida Bar. Bruce’s appointment runs from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Florida Bar President Gregory Coleman thanked Bruce on behalf of The Florida Bar and the lawyers and citizens of Florida, “for accepting the challenge of serving in this important role.”

The Clients’ Security Fund Committee was created by The Florida Bar to help compensate persons who have suffered a loss from misappropriation or embezzlement by an attorney. The Clients’ Security Fund began operations in 1967. The discretionary fund is underwritten solely by a portion of the annual membership fees of each member of The Florida Bar.
