Richbuilt Group of Jacksonville, LLC

Client obtained a loan for Phase I of The Solera at Kendall West (FKA) Ibis Point consisting of 14, two and three story buildings with a resort style pool and clubhouse containing 244 apartment units located on the west side of Southside
Connector Blvd just south of Lone Star Road in Jacksonville, Florida.


Rich Properties, L.L.C. (Bella Vista Apartments)

The client property is located at 1900 Bella Vista Way, Port Saint Lucie which consists of
25 apartment buildings and clubhouse and garages.  This transaction was with a defeasance of the existing loan and assignment to Fannie Mae.


Treasure Cay Properties, L.L.C (Treasure Cay Apartments),

Client purchased the property in July of 2002.

The property is known as Bella Vista Apartments and consists of five buildings, 268 units, five
garages and one clubhouse.

This transaction was with a defeasance of the existing loan and assignment to Freddie Mac.
