Scott I. Suskauer is Appointed to Become a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit

On June 18, 2015, longtime criminal defense attorney, Scott I. Suskauer, was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to be a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County. For the past twenty-one years, Bruce S. Rosenwater & Associates, P.A., has been fortunate enough to share office space with Scott and his wife, Michelle. Although Michelle will take full control of the successful criminal defense practice built alongside her husband, Scott’s presence around the office will truly be missed. As Scott pursues his new career as Circuit Judge, we will always remember the imprint of professionalism and friendship he has left on our office. Congratulations, Your Honor!
